Earlier this week, I volunteered to make dessert for a picnic. I was craving a pineapple themed dessert, and after pouring through numerous websites, I still couldn’t find a recipe I liked.
Finally, it hit me. My mom’s trifle was exactly what I was envisioning in my mind.
